WHS football playing for Sectional Championship!

With an electrifying win over Andrean last Friday Night, Washington now heads into the Sectional 18 Championship to face Saint Joseph High School. The game will played at Clay Field at 7:00pm (due to poor field conditions at School Field)! This is an exciting time for Washington’s football team and we want the Washington community

WHS Football dominates Clay in Round 1 of Sectionals!

The WHS football team looked good Friday night, winning big against Clay. The defense played tough, only allowing 190 yards of total offense and 0 points. The offense was firing on all cylinders scoring in the air as well as on the ground. The Panthers now prepare to host Andrean next week at Jackson Field

White named Burger King’s Outstanding Student Athlete!

Congratulations to Washington High School’s Tyler White for being named Burger King’s Outstanding Student Athlete! White has accumulated a 3.4 GPA and 47 credits to go along with over 1800 passing yards and 24 touchdowns! Showing that he gets it done in the classroom as well as on the field! Washington is proud of this

Congratulations to Coca Cola fundraiser winner Jessica Robakowksi!

Jessica Robakowski mother of WHS football player Bryce Mejer, is the winner of 4 Colts football game tickets. Mrs. Robakowski was the top seller in Washington High School’s Coca Cola fundraiser. A special thanks goes to Coca Cola representative Andrew Seigel for all his help!

WHS Football battles Adams at School Field!

The Friday night lights will be bright, when the Washington Panthers take on the Adams Eagles at School Field in the Martin’s Spotlight Game of the Week! Kickoff is scheduled for 7:30 pm. WHS alumni Kilgore helping students “find me”!

Former Washington High School basketball standout Darmetreis Kilgore, spoke with Washington academic athletes today. In his conversation he talked about his journey and encouraged students to seek out the people who would “pour in to them,” while on their journey to finding themselves.  Kilgore now the President of Finding Me Academy in the Dallas/Fort Worth
