WHS girls soccer team wins verse Mishawaka!

Washington High School’s girl soccer team hosted Mishawaka last night in a varsity match. Lindsey Woodbury lead the team to victory, scoring 2 goals early. The defense was then able to hold Mishawaka to one goal for the night. The lady panthers will be back on home turf Wednesday September 9th against Elkhart Central.

Volleyball takes a tough loss against Bremen!

Washington High School’s volleyball team fought hard, but came up short tonight against Bremen. WHS boys soccer team victorious over Mishawaka!

Washington’s boys soccer team battled hard last night to gain a win against the Cavemen of Mishawaka! Washington made a comeback in the second half to win 4-2. Coach Cruz explained that it was a tough match but the boy played with a lot of heart! The team’s next challenge will be Tuesday September 8th

Panthers take loss but gain experience against Jimtown.

Coach Rosado’s young team hosted Jimtown Wednesday afternoon. Washington’s 1, 2 and 3 singles lost in straight sets, but score did not reflect great efforts. Coach and the team look forward to the challenges ahead and appreciate every opportunity to get out on the court. This next opportunity will be Thursday when the team travels

WHS Football fall short against Jimtown

Washington High School’s football team battled Jimtown Friday night, but fell short 21-6. There were great performances from the offense and defense along with great support from South Bend’s westside. Coach Johnson believes the team is moving in the right direction and looks forward to next Friday’s game at Clay.
