WHS Boys and Girls Soccer Teams Kick off Season!

The boys and girls soccer teams participated in the SBCSC Soccer Jamboree at School Field today. Both teams played in two 20 minute scrimmages against Clay and Riley. The coaches were happy with their teams performances and look forward to the season. Regular season competition for the girls starts next Thursday August 20th at 5

Common Council recognizes WHS Boys Track Team!

South Bend’s Common Council committee recognized members of the Washington High School boys track team Monday night. The council commended them on their exceptional accomplishments in the 2015 track season. JohnMichael Hankerson was specifically recognized for taking 1st place in the 100m dash at state this year. Girl’s Golf Takes 3rd at City Meet!

Washington Girls Golf team improved its score by 34 strokes today during the South Bend City Tournament at Elbel Golf Course. Breanna Ciesielski improved by 13 strokes to lead her team to a 3rd place finish over Riley.
